Guild room rules

1) THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED INSIDE GUILD ROOMS AND THEIR IMMEDIATE SURROUNDINGS:
• SMOKING
• DRINKING OR STORING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
• MAKING UNAUTORISED CHANGES IN THE STRUCTURES OR OTHER PARTS OF THE FACILITIES
• ANY ACTIVITIES THAT MAY CAUSE DISTURBANCE TO THE OPERATION OF THE UNIVERSITY

2) GUILD FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR USE DURING: MONDAY-SUNDAY, 6.00-00.00. IF THE FACILITIES ARE TO BE USED AT OTHER TIMES, A WRITTEN APPLICATIONS FOR THIS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO UNIVERSITY ATTENDANTS ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE PLANNED USE.

3) FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING SECURITY AT THE UNIVERSITY, OUTER DOORS MUST BE KEPT LOCKED. PLACING ITEMS BETWEEN DOORS IN ORDER TO PREVENT THEM FROM CLOSING IS PROHIBITED.

4) ANY DAMAGES FROM VANDALISM WILL BE PAYED FOR BY THE PERSONS RESPONSIBLE

5) GUILD FACILITIES MUST ALWAYS HAVE A DRY POWDER EXTINGUISHER (6kg), A FIRE BLANKET AND A FIRE ALARM.

6) UNOBSTRUCTED ACCESS TO CIVIL DEFENCE SHELTER STRUCTURES MUST ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE FOR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SERVICE.

7) MAINTENANCE TUNNELS MUST NOT BE USED AS PASSAGEWAY.

8) EACH GUILD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THEIR GUILDROOM AND THE PASSAGEWAYS LEADING TO THE FACILITIES.

9) A MAXIMUM OF 30 PERSONS ARE ALLOWED TO BE PRESENT IN GUILD FACILITIES AT ONE TIME.

10) IF DISTURBANCE RESULTS FROM THE USE OF A GUILD ROOM OR THE CODE ABOVE IS NOT FOLLOWED, THE UNIVERSITY MAY REVOKE, TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY, THE RIGHT OF USE OF THE GUILD ROOM.
